  Getting Hooked Towing asks for certain personal information, such as, name, phone number and address, in order to assist with the service being requested, this information is only used with the intent of performing the service or providing a quote. 

Personal information may be collected by text messaging, contact form on the website or verbally through a phone call. 

Getting Hooked towing uses the Personal Information entered with the only purpose of providing the service customers have requested (towing service, roadside assistance, etc.). The information collected is only visible to dispatch and driver, once the service has been completed this information is only available to upper management, after 30 days, the information is destroyed. 

Customers may only request a correction to their personal information, while the service is active, once the service has been completed there is no need to update it. 

The SMS consent and phone numbers will not be shared with any 3rd party or affiliates.
